BLESSED is a 4-week curriculum for children aged 6-12 designed to help them recognize and appreciate God's blessings in their lives. It teaches kids to spot and celebrate God's gifts in their daily lives through engaging Bible stories, interactive activities, and thoughtful discussions. Children will learn to identify God's blessings, big and small, and share these "good news stories" with others. By the end, kids will understand that true blessings come from God and how to spread the word about His goodness in positive, meaningful ways. Main Idea: God blesses us abundantly, and recognizing His gifts fills our hearts with joy and gratitude. Gospel Connection: Jesus is God's greatest blessing to us. Through His life, death, and resurrection, Jesus shows us how much God loves us. When we believe in Jesus, we receive the amazing gift of God's forgiveness and eternal life. This is a blessing we can't earn – it's a free gift from God! Week 3: #Content Bible Story: Paul's Letter to the Philippians (Philippians 4:4-13) Main Idea: Because God provides all we need in Christ, we can be content in any situation. Week 4: #RiseUp Bible Story: Joseph's Rise to Power in Egypt (Genesis 41) Main Idea: Because God's plans never fail, we can trust Him to come through in difficult times. |
