In 1956, Giuseppe Cipriani envisioned a sanctuary for globetrotters, a serene retreat close to Venice's vibrancy. This vision came to life, attracting the global elite from Hollywood stars to European royalty, all seeking its tranquil splendor. Today, under Belmond’s lead, Hotel Cipriani remains a historic jewel, birthplace of the Bellini and a home to those who visit.

Every venue caters to different desires and occasions. Their new Chef Vania Ghedini brings fresh energy to the Michelin-starred Oro. Adorned with Adam Tihany’s design and a gold-leaf dome, Oro celebrates local produce and blends creativity with tradition in every dish.

Il Porticciolo is right by the water. Its oyster bar and seafood offerings are paired with the unique perk of arriving via a private jetty.

Bar Gabbiano, by the pool, is perfect for social evenings with live music, while Cip’s Club offers casual dining with spectacular sunset views. Here, sipping on a Bellini, you'll be reminded that you're in the very place where this iconic cocktail was born.
