Hey, if you think about it... Our back muscles are involved in virtually anything we lift or pull around the house, in the gym, and everywhere in between... Not to mention the physical aspect that our back muscles contribute to looking & feeling stronger in general! I think you'll agree, it's clear why training our back muscles is important. But what's maybe not as clear for many people ... is HOW to train those back muscles, and get the most out of the time, energy, and effort that goes into doing so.
