Sandara Park: A Taste of Chicago

If you didn't know, the Snibbs team just traveled to Chicago, IL to meet with restaurant owners all over the world during the National Restaurant Association Show. We made great connections, had a lot of laughs, and ate really really well.

It inspired us to share with our community all about some of our favorite spots and people around the country. Starting with this beautiful city! So without further ado...A Taste of Chicago.

Our entire table agreed Monteverde in the West Loop neighborhood was a hit! While we didn't have a bad dish, one of the stand out favorites was Gnocchetti Con Pesto. Fresh made ricotta and pasta? Yes, please! Some team members even say this is their favorite pesto ever. Not to mention the hospitality was top notch.

BONUS: They even have gluten free pasta.
