And why should you stick it in the bone cave that is your mouth?
Is it because you need supplements to lose fat?
Or that you can just take supplements instead of controlling your calorie intake?
Or that Forge will melt away all your belly fat in weeks instead of months?
No. Of course not.
But research shows that supplementation with the ingredients in Forge can . . . - Increase metabolic rate
- Enhance the effectiveness of your body's natural fat-burning chemicals
- Make "stubborn fat" deposits easier to lose
- Enhance physical performance and reduce physical fatigue
- Help you retain muscle while cutting
That is, Forge won't help you lose body fat on its own, but it will help you lose more body fat and stubborn fat in particular (and less muscle) when combined with proper diet and exercise.

P.S. What's new in "Forge 2.0"? Three things:
1. We removed citicoline to "make room" for synephrine (see #2 below).
While citicoline can improve aspects of cognition, including focus, it doesn't directly assist in fat loss, which is why we always viewed it as a "nonessential" candidate for replacement if a better option presented itself.
Which brings me to the next point.
2. We added synephrine, which is a natural, mild stimulant that boosts . . .
- Resting metabolic rate (calorie burning)
- The breakdown of fat cells
- The effectiveness of your body's natural fat-burning chemicals (catecholamines)
Additionally, studies show that synephrine works synergistically with caffeine to enhance both caffeine's and its own fat loss properties.
3. For the yohimbine in Forge, we switched from an extract of the Rauvolfia vomitoria plant to an extract from the bark of the Pausinystalia johimbe tree.
This new form isn't more effective, but it is less processed (closer to its natural state), which, as a rule, we generally prefer when choosing ingredients.
