Absolutely incredible watch and the BEST customer service I have experienced in a very long time. I had ordered this watch as a 10 year anniversary gift for my husband who is an avid watch collector, and used to play guitar with my Dad before he passed. It took significantly longer than normal to be shipped out, (through no fault of the company's) and when I inquired about my order I was met with immediate help and detailed information as to what was going on. I was given the option to choose a different item, but I knew this was the watch that would mean the most and my husband would have loved the one I chose so I decided to wait. I'm so glad I did! When the watch arrived, I was so excited I couldn't keep it a secret anymore and gave it to him. He cried! He loved it so much, and was in awe of the craftsmanship. The Koa wood inlay and the Taylor guitar emblem perfectly personified our first 10 years together, and our family as a whole. Thank you OG for an incredible watch, and perfect memento to celebrate a decade with the man I love!
