Hey there, Life can get pretty hectic and stressful at times... ...and while we may THINK we're used to the day in, day out pressure, and wired-to-tired lifestyle... Our body can really start to suffer from the negative effects of consistently high cortisol levels caused by this stress, such as... Increased anxiety/depression, fatigue, low energy, stronger cravings, midsection fat, increased alcohol consumption, slower progress, and so much more! ...and I think we can all agree that none of us want to feel that way or struggle to earn the results we're working toward ... which is why I put together this short but helpful blog! |
