Recipe of the Week: Liquid Gold Soup Try this simple yet delicious soup to warm up the winter! | | | | | Ingredients: - Carrots
- Onion
- Turmeric
- Celery
- Ginger
- Garlic
- Unsweetened coconut milk
- Orzo
- Rotisserie chicken
- Salt and pepper

- Onion
- Turmeric
- Celery
- Ginger
- Garlic
- Unsweetened coconut milk
- Orzo
- Rotisserie chicken
- Salt and pepper
| | | Directions: - Chop the ingredients and cook over medium heat until soft.
- Transfer to a blender and blend 'til smooth.
- In a pot, bring 4 cups of bone broth to a boil.
- Add in your vegetables and let simmer for 20 minutes.
- Add in can of unsweetened coconut milk and bring back to boil.
- Add in half a box of orzo and shredded rotisserie chicken and salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve and enjoy.
