This originally started by my good friend, Jason McCarthy, who is the owner of GORUCK ... messaging me about how much harder and better Rucking is than walking or using a weighted vest... ...and you know what? He was right. It is harder ... and because I understand that the extra challenge will only mold me into a more developed and mentally strong person... I think you'll like it too. Now, you don't need a Ruck or plate carrier from GORUCK to Ruck... In fact, I have filled my backpack with rocks when traveling ... however, I do use a Ruck most of the time.
