Eating an adequate amount of fruits & vegetables on a consistent basis ... is something many of us struggle with. Which is a problem, because they contain essential nutrients & antioxidants that our body needs to help maintain and promote better overall health, wellness, and even results! ...and through thousands of conversations with people looking to live a healthy lifestyle over the last 10 years... I've learned that a lot of that struggle comes down to simply not fully understanding the real impact they can have on how you look and feel, so therefore, many people just don't prioritize eating these types of foods daily... ...or, it's just simply harder to find these foods while out and about, which makes them less convenient.
