Our founder and CEO Joe De Sena has built success by strictly adhering to a few important daily habits. | | Get Sweaty: | Before you do anything else, begin your day with a heart-pumping workout. Joe uses a fan bike, but run, cycle, swim, ruck, do yoga, whatever elevates your heart rate for at least 30 minutes. | | Chill Out: | When you're done, jump in a cold plunge or take a 2- to 5-minute cold shower. Try it, you'll thank us afterward when your body is flooded with feel-good hormones. | | Go Silent: | Meditation is proven to reduce internal chatter and calm your limbic system, bringing calm clarity.
