start your day with mindfulness energize yourself and set your intentions for the day with a little yoga and meditation. even just 5-10 minutes will make a difference! take a social media break take the weekend off from scrolling! instead of reaching for your phone, try reaching for a new book or puzzle. have an at-home date night whether it's with your partner, your bestie, or yourself, an at-home date night is good for the soul. get a little dolled up and order in from your favorite restaurant! treat yourself if all else fails, retail therapy is always there for you. treat yourself to something you've been wanting! perhaps a new addition to your Subtl Stack? ;) |
