Hey there, Did you check the latest news issued by the World Health Organization? The World Health Organization is officially advising against non-sugar sweeteners usage for weight control and reducing non-communicable diseases risk, stating that long-term use can pose health risks, such as type 2 diabetes, and mortality in adults.
The article released by W.H.O. came out shocking to the health and wellness community as it contradicts previous studies disclosing that these sweeteners do not offer any health benefits but also do not cause harm.
As the FDA hasn't issued any comments yet, this opens room for a lot of questions and speculations regarding the subject. Does this have any implication on our diet? How should we pivot and adapt with the new studies? Does this even concern me as a regular consumer? All these questions and more, will be ansewered by Sam Aiello, a knowledgable health coach, and me, Mike Miryala, a head pharmacist, This Saturday May 20th at 12 PM EST on The CoBionic Talk Show.
