WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY

World Mental Health Day is acknowledged on October 10th every year to raise awareness about mental health and well-being.

Here at Javy, we want to do our part to end the stigma and give mental health the attention it deserves. 

While mental health struggles can be different for everyone - one thing is true for us all - When we have positive mental health, we are empowered to get more out of our lives.

We encourage our Javy community to prioritize mental health. Take care of yourself and those in your life. Here are some things you can do right now to invest in your mental well-being:

1. Do Something You Enjoy Take a road trip with the windows down, throw a backyard BBQ with friends and family, whatever fills you with joy.  2. Connect With Others Surrounding yourself with good friends and family isn't just good for your self-esteem, it gives you a great support system when you need a pick-me-up.  3. Exercise And Stay Active Exercising can help you out of a bad mood, decrease anxiety and stress, and help you feel more energized and motivated to do more of the things you love.
